- Every absence (sick leaves and otherwise) must be entered briefly in the NON-ATTENDANCE LEAVE RECORD pages towards the end of this diary and signed by the parent/guardians along with a written leave application.
- Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than fifteen consecutive days renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls; readmission, if granted, will be done on payment of fresh 6 admission fee.
- Those who come late must show their REGULARITY RECORD duly filled and signed by the Principal.
- All are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations. Those absent without leave will be fined at the rate of Rs.100/-. Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate before they are admitted to class.
- Absence for more than three days immediately after a vacation renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
- Half - day leave will not be granted to students. Once they come to school they have to attend the whole day. They are not allowed to go out of the school campus during school hours including recess time. In case of serious illness, the Principal must be informed within five days, with a Doctor's certificate, accompained by the leave application from the parent.
